in addition to starting this blog, i have also taken up knitting. this is all i've completed so far (much like my progress on this blog), but i'm pretty proud of myself. i still freak out every time i drop a stitch and run to my aunt to help fix it (thanks aunt jan), but i hope to get the hang of the basics soon and become a full-fledged scarf knitter ;)

So great.
i dont know how to cast on or cast off, but i can knit. but i always drop stitches, or land up with way more than i began with. so knitting for me mostly involves a lot of sighing and giving up....
